We have made online bookings available for the main hall, and also for the meeting room at the back of the hall. The online calendar will always show the current availability. If you'd like to book anything else (e.g., tables and chairs to be used at your own event outside the hall), please contact us by telephone or email. Thank you.

After you submit your online booking, one of our hall managers will review the information and confirm the booking by email. Soon after, you will receive the invoice for your booking, also by email.

The Trustees reserve the right to charge a deposit of up to £150 for certain events. This deposit will be refunded to the original payment method of the hirer if

• the Hall is vacated by midnight and if
• the Hall is left in the condition in which it was found.

The deposit will be charged separately from the rental/hire fees.

We accept payment by bank transfer and also card payments online, including Apple Pay and Google Pay. You will find our bank details on the invoice you would have received by email after your booking was confirmed by the Hall Manager.

The due date will be indicated on the invoice you'll receive by email. Invoices are usually payable in full 2 weeks before the event.

The maximum number of persons permitted under the Fire Regulations is 120.

The height of the hall is 4.40m (about 14ft) from the floor to the ceiling beams, and 4.60m (about 15ft) from floor to ceiling between the beams.

Bouncy castles have been brought into the hall for many children's birthday parties in the past, so this is certainly possible.

We have enough space to park about 25 cars, plus 2 disabled car parking bays in front of the Hall.

For bigger parties, we can make part of the playing field available for parking as well, provided the ground is dry enough.

Yes, WiFi internet access is included for free when hiring the hall.

The WiFi login information is posted inside the main hall, near the front entrance. The posters also contain a QR code to make it even easier to connect your mobile devices, such as phones or tablets.

Our ultrafast internet connection is provided by BT in connection with South Oxfordshire District Council under their GigaHubs Project.
